At TailorMitra, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal and business information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how TailorMitra ("TailorMitra", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our website, SaaS platform, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. About TailorMitra

TailorMitra is a business management and workflow platform designed for gents tailors, ladies boutiques, curtain businesses, and related tailoring and alteration businesses.

The Service may allow businesses to manage customers, measurements, orders, quotations, fabrics, payments, staff, production workflows, deliveries, reports, and communications.

For purposes of data protection:

"Account Owner" means the business or individual who subscribes to TailorMitra.

"End Customer" means a customer whose information is entered into TailorMitra by an Account Owner.

"User" means an Account Owner, staff member, employee, administrator, or other person authorized to access an account.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of information.

2.1 Account and Business Information: When you create an account, we may collect name, business/shop name, email address, mobile or telephone number, business address, billing information, subscription and plan information, login credentials, authentication information, and business configuration settings.

2.2 Customer Information Entered by Businesses: Account Owners may enter information about their own customers into the Service, including customer name, mobile number, email address, address, photographs, measurements, garment/design preferences, order history, delivery info, notes, voice/audio notes, reference photos, and payment/outstanding balance details. The Account Owner is responsible for ensuring an appropriate legal basis and consent.

2.3 Order and Business Data: We may process information related to quotations, orders, garments/curtains, fabric info, alterations, prices, discounts, taxes, advance payments, balances, delivery dates, production status, staff assignments, workflow stages, invoices, and expense/income records.

2.4 Communications Data: If you use our communication features, we process recipient phone numbers, message content, order references, invoices, notifications, and trial reminders sent through supported channels including WhatsApp. Third-party providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

2.5 Technical and Usage Information: We automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, OS, location derived from IP, login timestamps, pages accessed, application activity, diagnostic info, and cookies to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the TailorMitra Service and maintaining accounts.

• Storing customer measurements, orders, photographs, and other business information.

• Processing subscriptions, payments, generating quotations, and invoices.

• Managing production/delivery workflows and sending requested notifications.

• Providing WhatsApp-related functionality and generating business reports and analytics.

• Providing customer support, troubleshooting, preventing fraud/abuse, and maintaining security.

4. Customer Data Controlled by Your Business

TailorMitra is primarily a platform that enables businesses to manage their own customer information.

If your tailor shop, boutique, or other business uses TailorMitra and enters your information into the Service, that business generally determines why and how your information is collected and used.

If you are an End Customer and have questions about information entered by a particular business, you should first contact that business directly. Where applicable law requires us to assist with a request, we may work with the relevant Account Owner to respond.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Depending on applicable law and circumstances, we process personal information because it is necessary to provide requested Services, perform a contract, fulfill legitimate business interests, comply with legal obligations, or where consent has been provided. Where consent is relied upon, you may withdraw consent where permitted by law.

6. Photographs, Measurements, and Voice Notes

TailorMitra may allow Account Owners to upload or record customer photographs, body measurements, design references, and voice/audio notes.

Account Owners are responsible for obtaining required permissions/consents before uploading. Users should only upload information reasonably necessary for tailoring, boutique, curtain, alteration, or related services.

7. WhatsApp and Third-Party Communication Services

TailorMitra may integrate with WhatsApp or third-party communication services for order confirmations, pickup notifications, trial reminders, status updates, invoices, payment alerts, and daily/weekly business reports.

Information transmitted is governed by third-party terms and privacy policies. TailorMitra does not control third-party processing outside of our provided functionality.

8. Payments and Billing

Subscription payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. We receive payment status, transaction references, amount, currency, subscription plan, and billing dates. Complete payment card details are handled directly by processors according to their privacy policies.

9. How We Share Information

We share information with trusted third parties as necessary to operate the Service, including hosting providers, infrastructure, payment processors, email/messaging/WhatsApp providers, analytics, support tools, security, and professional advisers.

Service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights/safety, or prevent fraud/abuse.

10. Business Transfers
